How does it work?

  1. Open an image (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, SVG): drop it on the window or use “Open”. You can also create a blank document (1920 × 1080, square, story, A4…).
  2. Compose with layers: add more images, text and shapes, reorder them, group them, and set their opacity and blend mode.
  3. Retouch with the tools on the left (selections, magic wand, crop, brush, eraser, eyedropper) and the adjustments in the right-hand panel: brightness, contrast, saturation, temperature, blur, sharpness, grain.
  4. Export to PNG, JPG or WebP, at the size and quality of your choice: the real file size is shown before you download.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Images are opened, edited and encoded in your browser, on your device. No image, file name or layer text is uploaded: you can even go offline once the page has loaded. Closing the tab erases your work in progress.
Which formats can I open and export?
You can open JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF (first frame) and standalone SVG images, as well as AVIF if your browser can read it. Export produces a PNG, JPG or WebP file. PSD, RAW and HEIC files are not supported: for an iPhone photo, use the HEIC to JPG converter first.
Is my work saved?
No: the editor keeps nothing on your device or anywhere else. Layers stay editable as long as the tab is open; export your image before closing the page. A confirmation appears if you leave with changes that have not been exported.
Can I undo my changes?
Yes: Ctrl/Cmd + Z undoes, Shift + Ctrl/Cmd + Z redoes, and the “History” tab lets you go back several steps (40 steps per document). A move, a brush stroke or a slider adjustment counts as a single step.
Is there a size limit?
Each image can weigh up to 50 MB and measure up to 8,192 pixels per side, within a 24-megapixel limit (a 12 MP smartphone photo is no problem). A document holds up to 48 layers, and up to eight documents can be open at once.
Does the exported image have a watermark?
No. The exported file contains no logo or watermark, and the tool is free, with no sign-up.
